Reporting directly to the Business Unit Director Gynaecological Surgical Solutions this key role will lead and develop the marketing strategy for our ANZ surgical business expanding access to cutting edge treatment options for women facing gynecological conditions. At Hologic groundbreaking technology is at the heart of everything we do. Through a comprehensive suite of minimally invasive treatment options we are dedicated to improving womens uterine health and overall well-being.
As the Marketing Manager you will design develop and deliver the ANZ marketing plan for the portfolio to enhance our value proposition with key stakeholders. You will gain insight on market dynamics and needs drive tailored marketing strategies build awareness through education and training addition you will prepare annual marketing plans new product launch plans and effectively partner with commercial teams on driving execution.
We are looking for a commercially minded individual who has the drive and commitment to succeed. To do this youwill need a Bachelors level degree or above ideally in Marketing Science of Business. You have atleast 7 years demonstrated experience in successfully planning and implementing marketing strategies across multiple product portfolios. It is highly advantageous if this experience is medical surgical have leadership presence with the ability to implement positive change gain support and establish communication and presentation skills is a must as you will need to communicate with clarity impact and influence with a variety of SMEs and reporting levels.

As part of this role you will be required to hold a valid Australian driver license as some travel is required.
