Job Summary

Role Objective

To develop the Valsad (Vapi) region into a 1000 Ton per month market position Jumbo TMX as a premium retail TMT brand and drive institutional brand approvals in top real estate and industrial projects.







Requirements

  • Key Responsibilities

    1. Market Development
    • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve 1000 T/month target.
    • Expand dealer and distributor network across Vapi & surrounding areas.
    • Ensure strong retail visibility and premium brand positioning.
    • Monitor competitor pricing schemes and market trends.

    2. Project & Institutional Sales
    • Get Jumbo TMX approved in top residential commercial and industrial projects.
    • Build relationships with top builders developers contractors and project managers.
    • Coordinate with technical team for project specifications and documentation.
    3. Architect & Structural Engineer Network

    • Build and maintain relationships with leading architects and structural engineers.
    • Conduct technical meetings and product presentations.
    • Drive brand recommendations in key projects.
    4. Sales Team Development
    • Recruit train and manage Sales Executives for the region.
    • Set monthly targets and ensure performance tracking.
    • Conduct regular review meetings and field visits.

    5. Marketing & Brand Building
    • Plan and execute local & regional marketing activities.
    • Organize dealer meets contractor meets engineer meets and promotional events.
    • Ensure strong brand visibility at retail outlets (branding boards display units etc.).
    6. Reporting & MIS
    • Prepare monthly sales forecasts and market reports.
    • Track collections outstanding payments and credit exposure.
    • Report directly to senior management.
