Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Site Clerk to manage site records stock levels stores operations and inventory.

Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing site materials tools and equipment.
- Conduct regular stock takes and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
- Monitor stock levels and prepare purchase requisitions for materials to prevent shortages.
- Handle general site communication and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors as needed.
- Capture data and generate reports to support project decision-making.
- Manage site documentation including permits licenses and compliance records.
Key Skills:
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and liaison abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate site operations effectively.
- Awareness of safety health environment and quality standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Stores / Inventory management qualification is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the construction industry.
- At least 3 years demonstrable experience in stock management and inventory control.
- Computer literacy (MS Office and related applications).
