Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors professionally and courteously
- Register patients for inpatient/outpatient services
- Collect and verify patient information and documents
- Enter and update data in the hospital information system
- Explain admission procedures and answer basic queries
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative department
- Maintain confidentiality of patient records
- Process insurance and payment details where applicable
- Assist in resolving admission-related issues
Key Skills:
- O-Level / Diploma / Certificate in Office Administration Medical Records Health Services or related field
- Previous experience in customer service or healthcare administration is an advantage
Key Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills (MS Office data entry)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
