Main Responsibilities:
- Complete all order forms accurately and efficiently for several specified regions and brands.
- Maintain high levels of data accuracy throughout the order processing workflow.
- Monitor and review stock information (Stock on Hand) for the purpose of accurate ordering.
- Collaborate closely with the Commercial Teams Brand Managers and the Logistics Team to ensure streamlined operations.
- Assist in administrative tasks that support the commercial and ordering functions.
Key Skills:
- A strong understanding of ordering procedures and documentation.
- Attention to detail.
- Meticulous approach to data accuracy and form completion.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Exceptional Excel proficiency.
- The ability to use pivot tables and macros is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s Degree in Accounting or related qualification.
- Demonstrated competency with VLOOKUP XLOOKUP and complex formulas.
