The Infrastructure Project Lead will be responsible for the planning coordination execution oversight and technical assurance of all major onshore infrastructure required to support oil and gas development activities.

Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Delivery & Execution
- Lead and coordinate all infrastructure and civil construction activities across multiple work fronts.
- Oversee development of accommodation blocks heliport and hangar facilities warehousing laydown areasoffices and shorebase infrastructure.
- Ensure works are delivered in accordance with approved engineering specifications operational requirements and HSE standards.
- Review validate and challenge engineering designs drawings and technical specifications.
- Ensure constructability cost awareness and value-engineering principles are applied.
- Oversee contractor mobilisation site establishment and construction execution.
Project Management & Controls
- Develop and maintain integrated construction schedules.
- Establish structured progress tracking and reporting mechanisms.
- Identify risks constraints and bottlenecks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Support procurement and contracting activities including technical bid evaluations.
- Monitor contractor performance against agreed scope timelines and deliverables.
- Technical Assurance & Quality Control
- Conduct site inspections and quality audits.
- Validate engineering methodologies and construction approaches.
- Ensure compliance with international engineering standards and local regulatory requirements.
- Support structured commissioning and handover processes.
Stakeholder & Interface Coordination
- Act as focal point between engineering logistics aviation marine and operations teams.
- Manage contractor and subcontractor interfaces.
- Support engagement with local authorities and regulatory bodies where required.
- Maintain alignment with Group governance standards and operational policies.
HSE Leadership
- Promote a strong safety culture across all infrastructure activities.
- Ensure contractor adherence to approved HSE plans risk assessments and method statements.
- Participate in incident investigations and corrective action implementation.
- Ensure environmental and community considerations are integrated into execution activities.
Key Skills:
- Proven track record in establishing operational shorebases and related infrastructure.
- Demonstrated experience delivering projects in remote frontier or politically sensitive environments.
- Culturally aware and able to manage relationships with small indigenous populations in remotelocations
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering design review and construction methodologies.
- Experience operating under compressed timelines and accelerated mobilisation programmes.
- Professional Engineering registration (preferred).
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 10 15 years experience in infrastructure development within oil & gas industrial or remote-area projects.
