Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Dairy Farm Manager to join our clients team.
Salary and Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full day to day management of dairy operations
- Ensure optimal herd health welfare and productivity
- Manage breeding programmes calving and herd nutrition plans
- Supervise train and motivate farm staff to maintain high performance standards
- Monitor milk production quality and hygiene compliance
- Manage feed pasture and silage planning to ensure year round supply
- Maintain accurate farm records reports and performance data
- Oversee budgeting cost control and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with veterinary environmental and regulatory requirements
- Drive operational improvements and implement best practice dairy management systems
Key Skills:
- Proven experience managing a commercial dairy operation
- Strong knowledge of herd health breeding nutrition and milk production systems
- Demonstrated leadership and staff management capability
- Experience in financial and operational management
Qualifications:

Relevant agricultural qualification (Diploma/Degree) is an advantage
