Our client is a diversified and fast-growing business group seeking a high-level strategic HR leader to oversee and standardize Human Resources operations across all subsidiaries.
This is a senior executive role for a results-driven professional who understands structure governance performance management and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement Group-wide HR strategy aligned with corporate goals
Standardize HR policies systems and governance across subsidiaries
Lead executive recruitment workforce planning & succession strategy
Drive performance management systems tied to KPIs
Oversee compensation structures annual salary reviews profit-sharing HMO & pension
Ensure full compliance with Nigerian labor laws
Manage employee relations disciplinary frameworks & HR risk
Implement HR systems and provide executive-level HR reporting
Requirements:
812 years HR experience (minimum 5 years in senior leadership)
Experience managing HR across multiple business units or a group structure
Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor law & HR compliance
Proven ability to build performance-driven HR systems
Professional certification (CIPM SHRM HRCI) is an advantage
Strong leadership structure and decision-making capacity
