Job Summary
- Oversee the trade execution and settlement processes ensuring trades are processed accurately and timely in alignment with regulatory standards.
- Ensure efficient transaction lifecycle management from trade execution to settlement including coordination with brokers custodians and counterparties.
- Ensures robust reconciliation and exception management across products.
- Defines firm-wide operational strategy system architecture and control frameworks.
- Maintain firm-wide operational accuracy at defined levels.
- Ensure zero SEC reporting exceptions and zero regulatory control breaches.
- Deliver the operations transformation roadmap to achieve the defined process efficiency improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all onboarding valuation and reporting SLAs are met across the firm.
- Establish measurable KPIs and dashboards for operations performance and automation adoption and report monthly to Executive management.
- Build and sustain a high-performing team with measurable competency growth each quarter.
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field; postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Investment operations Fund Operations etc
- Minimum 4 years of experience supervising a team.
- Proven record in process transformation and compliance management.
