What Youll Do (The Mission):
Deep-Dive Sourcing: Go beyond the surface. Use your "Ninja" skills to uncover passive candidates who arent on the typical radar.
The Hunt: Utilize advanced Boolean strings X-ray searches and niche platforms to build a pipeline of high-caliber talent.
Read Between the Lines: Use your "People Reader" intuition to assess culture fit and potential long before the first interview.
Strategic Outreach: Craft personalized high-conversion messages that make top-tier talent stop and listen.
Your Sniper Toolkit:
LinkedIn Ninja: You know the ins and outs of Recruiter Lite/Corporate and how to bypass the noise.
Boolean Expert: You write search strings in your sleep.
Sharp Intuition: You have a "gut feeling" for talent backed by data and experience.
Persistence: You understand that the best gems are often the hardest to find.
The Essentials:
Experience: 1 year in high-stakes sourcing or recruitment.
Education: MBA (HR Preferred). We are looking for specialists who understand the business of talent.
Compensation: Upto 3.5 LPA
Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM IST or 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM IST.
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Fixed 5-day workweek).
Communication: Sharp persuasive and professional English skills.
Location: Mansarovar Jaipur (Office-based role).

Who You Are (Requirements)
Educational Background: MBA (HR Preferred) is mandatory. We are looking for candidates who understand the strategic side of Human Resources and Business.
Experience: 1 year of core experience in high-stakes sourcing or recruitment. You should have a proven track record of finding talent beyond job portals.
Sourcing Mastery: Hands-on expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter (Lite or Corporate) and advanced Boolean Search techniques (X-ray search custom strings).
The Hunter Instinct: Ability to identify and engage with passive candidatesthe ones who arent looking but are the perfect fit.
Communication Skills: Exceptional command over English (Spoken & Written). You need to write outreach messages that top-tier talent cannot ignore.
Analytical Mindset: A "People Reader" who can look at a profile and judge potential stability and culture fit before the first call.
Location & Commitment: Based in or willing to relocate to Jaipur. This is a full-time office-based role in Mansarovar.
Availability: Ready to work in a fixed Monday to Friday schedule (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM IST).
