Role Execution of HR IR & Admin processes including HR policy implementation in true spirit emphasizing on positive employee relations and compliance Reports to Associate VP – HR & IR Direct Reports HR IR & Admin Team
Qualification: MBA (HR) or MSW or Master’s Degree in HR Experience: 10 – 15 years Must-have experience & exposure make this jd eye catch and bold whatever necesseary.
• Successful track record of executing HR IR Compliance & Admin related deliverables preferably in a growing organization
• HR IR Compliance & Admin experience with min 3 years stability either in the current or the previous Company (Should not be a frequent job hopper) - Preferably from a high-volume product-manufacturing industry with margin pressure (FMCG AutoComponents Pharma etc.) is preferred
• English is essential with local language Telugu is preferred and additional languages are an added advantage • Deep knowledge of human resource management and labour laws
• Past or current experience in handling union / IR situation and disciplinary action procedures as per law to achieve business objectives
• Excellent networking and liaison with government agencies head hunters and professional HR institutions i.e. HRD / Personnel forums
• Flexibility and know-how to adapt past approaches and methods to new situations and people - Strong interpersonal and leadership skill set Desired personality traits
• Highly developed communication skills with excellent interpersonal and networking skills at all levels.
• Self – starter with strong work ethic with high levels of energy and drive.
