The Opportunity
The EY Payroll Team delivers end-to-end support in managing payroll and related fi nancial processes ensuring accuracy compliance and operational effi ciency in todays fast-paced technology-driven environment. We are now seeking a dynamic Payroll Manager to lead our team drive excellence and ensure we consistently meet client expectations and deadlines.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end payroll processing ensuring accuracy timeliness and compliance across compensation benefi ts and deductions.
Lead and support junior payroll staff providing guidance and training to maintain effi cient operations.
Maintain accurate payroll records including employee hours deductions and benefi ts ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
Skills and Attributes for Success:
Education & Qualifi cations: Degree in Business Administration or HRM; part/fully qualifi ed in CA CIMA ACCA or CMA is an advantage.
Experience & Expertise: Minimum 5 years experience in payroll operations including APIT tax application;
finance/accounting exposure preferred.
Technical Skills: Strong profi ciency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software with solid knowledge of payroll regulations tax laws and compliance.
Soft Skills: Excellent English communication and client interaction skills; strong teamwork technical aptitude and
ability to work under pressure.
