The Opportunity
As an Assistant Manager in our Transfer Pricing practice you will play a key leadership role in delivering high-quality transfer pricing consulting compliance and advisory services. You will manage complex engagements guide teams and work closely with senior stakeholders across a diverse client portfolio.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead and review complex compliance and advisory assignments ensuring technical excellence and timely delivery.

Manage a broad portfolio of both local and multinational clients developing strong long-term professionalrelationships.
Represent clients before the Inland Revenue Department and the Tax Appeals Commission including preparation andpresentation of submissions for appeal hearings.
Collaborate with EY global teams on cross-border and international tax matters relevant to Sri Lanka.

Provide technical guidance coaching and supervision to junior team members helping develop their tax capabilitiesand professional skills.

Skills and Attributes for Success:
A recognised academic or professional qualification in accounting ﬁnance or law (e.g. CA Sri Lanka CIMA ACCA).
A combination of accounting and legal qualiﬁcations is an added advantage.
At least 23 years of relevant experience in taxation ﬁnance or consulting with prior tax experience considered astrong advantage.
Strong analytical and interpretative skills with the ability to handle complex technical matters.
Excellent written communication and client-handling skills in English.
