Job Description
Role: Plant HR Manger wherein the candidate will be responsible independently for HR operations e.g. end to end employee/staff & labour management Compliance management Implementation of policies/procedures Payroll Administration Employee engagement/relations and Industrial relations.
a) Hiring of on roll & temp staff at plant site.
b) PMS & management of plant & sales employees across state.
c) Plant administration & facility welfare management.
d) Establish & supervise all regulatory & statutory compliances as per state & company rule.
e) Establish & Drive complete Training process at site.
f) Manage Employee engagement and maintain employee relations.
g) Manage entire payroll & state SSF program of region.
h) Supervise & Manage EHS processes of site.
i) Liaison internal & external industrial relations.
