Our highperforming CBD Office Leasing team is growing and were seeking a motivated Leasing Executive with 12 years of office leasing or broader commercial agency experience.
Reporting to a senior leader within the business youll play a key role in supporting leasing campaigns nurturing client relationships and helping deliver exceptional outcomes across a diverse portfolio. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fastpaced highperforming environment and is looking to accelerate their career with a globally recognised brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively pursue new appointments nurturing both new and existing client relationships
- Assist in preparing highquality pitches and proposals
- Conduct tenant canvassing to identify opportunities and generate enquiry
- Manage reporting marketing activities and assetlevel promotion
- Build and maintain strong trusted relationships with landlords tenants and internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate and uptodate database records including listings contacts and transactions
Qualifications :
- 12 years experience in commercial real estate ideally office leasing or commercial sales
- A clientfirst mindset and strong ability to manage competing priorities
- Welldeveloped negotiation skills and an understanding of current market dynamics
- Excellent presentation verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint
- A proactive commercially minded approach with strong attention to detail
- Current VIC Real Estate Representative License
- A collaborative energetic and driven attitude
