We are seeking a driven commercially minded Executive to join our highperforming Investment Sales team based in our Melbourne East office.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strengthen and actively manage relationships with key account clients while maintaining a strong presence across the marketplace.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities potential clients and properties suitable for upcoming campaigns.
- Assess and analyse the sales potential of assets using established valuation methodologies and market research.
- Drive the pursuit of new appointments fostering both existing and emerging client relationships with a focus on longterm revenue generation and repeat business for Colliers.
- Lead and coordinate endtoend sales and marketing campaigns including signboards brochures advertising Information Memorandums digital content and site inspections.
Qualifications :
- Tertiary qualifications in property business or a related discipline along with a current real estate licence.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- A solid understanding of the local property market and current industry trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint Word Excel and MSProject.
- 2 years sales experience in commercial real estate with demonstrated capability in client relationship management and campaign coordination.
