Job Summary
We are looking for a results-drivenIT Project Managerto lead and oversee technology projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong experience inagile project management and software development lifecycle (SDLC)while ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan execute and manage IT projects ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Define project scope objectives timelines and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers QA DevOps and business stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress manage risks and resolve issues proactively.
- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and drive sprint planning stand-ups and retrospectives.
- Track project budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project status updates.
- Implement best practices for IT governance security and compliance.
- Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- 4 years of experiencein IT project management.
- Strong knowledge ofAgile Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience withcloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)and DevOps practices is a plus.
- Familiarity with project management tools such asJIRA Trello Azure DevOps or Asana.
- Excellent problem-solving communication and leadership skills.
- PMP CSM or PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage.
- Flexibility in working in US hours
