Job Summary
Role: Manager SQA
Location: Pune Hinjewadi Phase 2

Description Of Job Duties:
Technical:
- Supplier Development Ensuring Supplier Quality system up gradation to meet Dana QCD objectives
- Updating the Dana team to provide accurate solutions for quality issues related to suppliers
- Ensure compliance to processes tools guidelines and business directives
- Monitor regionwise supplier quality performance and lead/drive improvements in supplier quality metrics to ensure supplier quality goals are met Implementing of Supplier improvement process for continuous quality improvement
- Recommend suppliers for qualification/disqualification based on quality performance
- Develop and maintain escalation processes and networks that respond and support problem solving to ensure continued quality delivery of supply Monitor supplier performance Metrics and deploy improvement plans accordingly Ensure periodic SSA audits at supplier sites Report audit rating areas of risk observations and improvement
New Product Development
- Ensure development of all products as per the laid procedure in the department
- Completing development of all new programs items at suppliers/sub suppliers through APQP & PPAP as per Quality systems
- Managing timely procurement of prototype components for testing and production as per the needs of engineering department
Job-Related Experience Required::
1015 yrs experience
A strong knowledge of the bare PCBA manufacturing process including familiarity with equipment chemistries and methodologies known in the industry.
Experience in PCBA manufacturing process is preferred.
