Job Summary

Plan coordinate and monitor community development projects from inception to completion
Collaborate with stakeholders partners and community members to ensure program relevance and effectiveness
Maintain accurate records and report on project progress outcomes and impact
Support the development of project proposals budgets and work plans
Conduct field visits and assessments to evaluate program implementation and community needs
Communicate project updates and findings to internal teams and external partners

Requirements

Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Social Work Development Studies Finance Communications Law or Project Management)
Experience working with NGOs or community-based organizations
Traceable references from previous employers or volunteer supervisors
Strong communication and organizational skills
Passion for community development and social impact
Ability to work independently and in a team
