Job Summary
- Plan coordinate and monitor community development projects from inception to completion
- Collaborate with stakeholders partners and community members to ensure program relevance and effectiveness
- Maintain accurate records and report on project progress outcomes and impact
- Support the development of project proposals budgets and work plans
- Conduct field visits and assessments to evaluate program implementation and community needs
- Communicate project updates and findings to internal teams and external partners
Requirements
Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Social Work Development Studies Finance Communications Law or Project Management)
Experience working with NGOs or community-based organizations
Traceable references from previous employers or volunteer supervisors
Strong communication and organizational skills
Passion for community development and social impact
Ability to work independently and in a team
