Job Summary
- Implement and support community development programs in alignment with organizational goals
- Ensure compliance with NGO laws regulations and donor requirements
- Collaborate with local stakeholders partners and community leaders to design and deliver impactful initiatives
- Maintain accurate records reports and documentation for program monitoring and evaluation
- Contribute to proposal development fundraising efforts and donor reporting
- Work independently with minimal supervision while actively participating in team-based projects
Requirements
Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Social Work Development Studies Finance Communications Law or Project Management)
Experience working with NGOs or community-based organizations
Traceable references from previous employers or volunteer supervisors
Strong communication and organizational skills
Passion for community development and social impact
Ability to work independently and in a team
