Job Summary

Implement and support community development programs in alignment with organizational goals
Ensure compliance with NGO laws regulations and donor requirements
Collaborate with local stakeholders partners and community leaders to design and deliver impactful initiatives
Maintain accurate records reports and documentation for program monitoring and evaluation
Contribute to proposal development fundraising efforts and donor reporting
Work independently with minimal supervision while actively participating in team-based projects

Requirements

Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Social Work Development Studies Finance Communications Law or Project Management)
Experience working with NGOs or community-based organizations
Traceable references from previous employers or volunteer supervisors
Strong communication and organizational skills
Passion for community development and social impact
Ability to work independently and in a team
