In this dynamic role you will oversee financial processing procurement inventory petty cash and reporting while serving as the primary liaison for purchasing and fiscal matters. Youll support campus-wide operations by ensuring accurate documentation audit readiness vendor coordination and compliance with state and agency policies.

Job Duties:
Manage business office financial procurement and inventory functions.
Process purchasing ECC/SRM entries Visa transactions and petty cash.
Coordinate vendor communication and ensure contract and policy compliance.
Maintain inventory systems and support audit readiness.
Prepare and reconcile financial reports for oversight agencies.
Serve as liaison for banking and administrative matters.
Provide backup support for fiscal and administrative tasks as needed.
