Job Summary
Sritrims (Far East) Limited is seeking a strategic and results-driven IT Manager to lead our technology department and oversee our organizations digital infrastructure. You will be responsible for the security stability and evolution of our IT systems ensuring that technology serves as a catalyst for our business growth. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical operations and creative digital management.
Tasks
- Strategic IT Leadership: Develop and implement IT policies and systems that support company goals. Oversee the entire IT budget infrastructure and vendor relationships.
- Systems & Network Infrastructure: Lead the design and maintenance of the company network ensuring maximum uptime and high-performance connectivity.
- Microsoft 365 Administration: Direct the administration of Microsoft 365 environments focusing on email security SharePoint architecture and Microsoft products.
- Security & Risk Management: Establish robust cybersecurity protocols disaster recovery plans and automated backup systems to protect company data.
- Operational Oversight: Supervise the maintenance of CCTV and biometric attendance systems ensuring the uptime and data integrity.
- Digital Branding & Design Direction: Oversee the companys digital presence guiding the creative direction for social media campaigns and ensuring brand consistency across all digital artwork and promotional materials.
- Asset & License Lifecycle: Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets and software licenses optimizing costs and ensuring timely renewals.
- Compliance & Reporting: Provide high-level reporting to management on IT performance security risks and digital marketing engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g. Azure Cisco ) are highly preferred.
- 5 years of experience in IT with at least 12 years in a supervisory or management capacity.
- Proven track record in Microsoft 365 high-level administration.
- Experience overseeing digital marketing strategies and creative design workflows.
- Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic problem-solving mindset.

Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday: Full Day
- Saturday: Half Day
