About the Role:
The Program and Project Delivery Lead plays a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives across the University providing strategic leadership to ensure programs and projects align with organisational priorities and deliver measurable outcomes.
Leading a highperforming team of project program and business analysis professionals this role oversees endtoend delivery resource planning governance and risk management while championing bestpractice methodologies such as PMBOK PRINCE2 and BABOK.
With a strong focus on continuous improvement capability uplift and customercentric delivery the role shapes the evolution of enterprisewide delivery frameworks and fosters an innovative collaborative and solutionsdriven culture across Digital and Campus Services.
Position Key Duties:
Provide strategic leadership for the endtoend delivery of digital transformation programs ensuring alignment with institutional priorities and expected outcomes.
Uplift delivery and business analysis capability through coaching Communities of Practice and maturity development across DCS.
Champion consistent use of enterprise delivery frameworks and methodologies ensuring quality compliance and auditready practices.
Lead workforce planning and resource strategy to optimise delivery capacity and crossteam collaboration.
Oversee project and program performance to ensure delivery within agreed scope budget timelines and quality benchmarks.
Provide governance risk leadership and delivery assurance to strengthen planning execution and financial management.
Lead operational delivery forums to drive alignment prioritisation readiness and shared accountability across teams.
Drive continuous improvement of delivery frameworks tools and processes embedding rightsized models and modern delivery practices
Salary: HEP 10 - $142441 plus 17% Super
