Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Business Development Lead to help grow our Home Care services across Melbourne.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who understands the Home Care aged care or community support environment and is passionate about helping older Australians remain living independently in their own homes. You will work closely with our State and Marketing teams to build referral networks engage with prospective clients and families and promote HCAs in-home support services across the region.
About you!
To succeed in this role you will bring strong sales experience business development or client engagement within Home Care aged care disability community services or a related healthcare setting. Youll be confident building relationships identifying opportunities and converting enquiries into active clients.
About the Role:
- Talking with potential clients families and referrers about our Home Care services
- Following up on enquiries and helping guide people through the sign-up process
- Building a pipeline of future clients and spotting opportunities to grow our reach
- Attending community events to promote our services (and helping plan them too!)

Lets talk about you!
You may have some experience in sales customer service healthcare aged care or community work and youre a confident communicator who enjoys networking and building relationships. Motivated and organised youre someone who follows up and gets things done while also being comfortable using systems and maintaining accurate records in our CRM. Most importantly you bring a willingness to learn about Home Care if youre new to the sector.

Youll need a current Working with Children Check and a Police Check (dated within the last 12 months). Experience planning or attending events is a bonus!
