*Key Responsibilities:*
* Plan execute and manage integrated marketing campaigns for malls
* Coordinate with creative digital PR and media agencies to ensure timely and effective delivery
* Ensure brand consistency across all communication touchpoints
*Media Planning & Buying*
* Develop annual and campaign-wise media plans aligned with business objectives
* Coordinate media buying across print outdoor radio digital and on-ground platforms
* Track media performance ROI and optimize spends
*Social Media Oversight*
* Oversee social media strategy and execution across platforms
* Work closely with agencies to manage content calendars creatives and campaigns
* Monitor engagement trends and analytics to improve performance
*Influencer & Partnership Management*
* Identify onboard and manage influencers relevant to the retail and lifestyle space
* Coordinate influencer campaigns events and collaborations
* Track deliverables reach and campaign effectiveness
*Backend Coordination & MIS*
* Manage internal coordination with leasing operations and finance teams
* Prepare and maintain MIS reports campaign trackers and performance dashboards
* Handle budgets POs invoices and vendor coordination
*Desired Candidate Profile:*
* Experience in *retail / mall / real estate marketing* preferred
* Strong understanding of *media planning digital marketing and brand communication*
* Hands-on experience managing agencies and multiple stakeholders
* Good analytical communication and coordination skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
