Job Summary

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify and develop new business opportunities for solar MMS structures.
Build and manage relationships with solar EPCs developers IPPs PSUs and government bodies.
Manage the complete sales cycle including lead generation bidding support negotiations and order closure.
Support tendering activities including pre-bid meetings and techno-commercial evaluations.
Coordinate with internal teams (engineering production supply chain) for timely proposals and execution.
Track market trends competitor activity and pricing benchmarks.
Achieve assigned revenue volume and margin targets.
Represent Steel at industry forums customer meetings and solar exhibitions.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

B.E./ (Mechanical / Civil / Metallurgy preferred); MBA (Sales/Marketing) desirable
6 10 years of experience in business development or sales within solar MMS steel structures transmission or heavy engineering sectors
