JOB DESCRIPTION SALES MANAGER ( Motor Agency channel )

CTC: 4.5 LPA Conveyance ( Negotiable ) ( Max )

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Hire new Insurance Agents to associate with the company to bring new customer on board
Train all agents for them to be able to use the company products
Deliver on business goals as set by the company through the agents
Ensure regular connect with pending leads/ References
Mandatory: Strong Motor Insurance Knowledge

Candidate Requirements:

Min 1 year experience in Motor/General insurance
Preferred: Insurance or broking background with motor agency
Education: Any Graduate
