Job Summary
Sika is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join its growing team. Customer Service Representatives play a key role in working closely with the retail team to manage key customer responsibilities for residential accounts ensuring a seamless process from order entry to payment. Key duties include maintaining strong customer relationships collaborating with sales and support teams and ensuring high-quality service through effective order management.
- Place customer orders and arrange for delivery via customers preferences
- Enter all customer pricing into computer for invoicing accuracy
- Update pricing when project pricing is sent by regional managers
- Consolidate orders so that customers receive best freight charges
- Respond to needs of the customer by phone quickly and accurately
- Assist other customer service reps when needed
- Communicate order status to customers quickly and accurately
- Process RMAs credits and rebills within required timeframes
- Increase customer awareness and satisfaction through personal contacts and/or visits
- Attend regional meetings to increase relationships with sales personnel
- Responsible for growth strategy development for national accounts
Qualifications :
- Customer Service background
- Excellent computer skills- knowledge of SAP a plus
- Min. 5 years is customer assisted roles
- Ability to act independently and make decisions
- Ability to effectively interact with customers and other departments
- Excellent organizational skills
