Job Summary

Our client is looking for a Head of Engineering to join their team.

Salary:

Negotiable

Responsibilities:

Designing and implementation of new projects
Planning and implementation of both CAPEX and OPEX budgets
Leading teams performance and talent pipeline
Designing and implementation of maintenance plans
Management of health and safety and quality programs

Key Skills:

Proven experience managing new projects
Experience with Capex and Opex planning and implementation
Experience leading a multi-talented team of qualified and experienced supervising all Engineering projects i.e. Electrical Mechanical and Civils
Proven planning and organisational skills
Excellent computer skills
Good interpersonal skills
Knowledge of modern manufacturing systems

Qualifications:

Degree in Engineering at 2.1 or better
Post Engineering qualification
MBA is an added advantage
10 years post qualification experience in a mid-level to senior Engineering management role in a manufacturing environment
