Job Summary
Our client is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Engineering Foreman to lead workshop operations involved in the maintenance manufacturing and repair of mining equipment and processing plants ensuring operational efficiency quality compliance and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily workshop activities including maintenance manufacturing and repair of mining equipment and plant components
- Lead and coordinate artisans technicians and apprentices
- Plan schedule and allocate workshop jobs and resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with safety health environmental and quality standards
- Conduct technical inspections fault diagnosis and problem resolution
- Monitor workmanship quality productivity and adherence to specifications
- Maintain workshop discipline and performance standards
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 quality management requirements
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding and working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems (Requisite)
- Demonstrated leadership planning and technical problem-solving capability
- Strong communication and team management skills
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Foreman / Supervisory role (Compulsory)
- Proven engineering experience in maintenance manufacturing and repair of mining equipment and processing plants (Compulsory)
