Key Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound and receive inbound calls with potential and existing high-value customers.
Serve as the first point of contact embodying a professional and polished image.
Identify customer needs and articulate how bespoke solutions can meet their requirements.
Consistently achieve and exceed daily weekly and monthly sales and engagement targets.
Maintain precise and detailed records of all calls and sales activities on a CRM system.
Proactively follow up on leads to nurture client relationships and close sales.
Deliver a consistently professional and exceptional level of customer service.
Requirements:
Matric
Previous telesales experience is advantageous
Good communication skills with a clear articulate and professional speaking voice.
A dynamic and engaging personality with strong negotiation abilities.
A highly target-driven individual with a positive and resilient attitude.
The ability to perform effectively in a high-pressure fast-paced environment.
Strong computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new software systems.
