- Oversee day to day store operations to ensure smooth efficient and customer focused service delivery.
- Drive sales performance through effective merchandising promotional execution and customer engagement strategies.
- Lead motivate and manage store staff including recruitment training performance management and scheduling.
- Maintain strict cost control across labour shrinkage stock management and operational expenses.
- Ensure consistently high standards of customer service store presentation hygiene and safety.
- Monitor stock levels manage ordering processes and ensure accurate stock rotation and loss prevention practices.
- Implement and enforce company policies procedures and compliance requirements including health and safety regulations.
- Analyse sales reports identify trends and implement action plans to improve store performance.
- Build strong relationships with customers suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure effective cash management banking procedures and adherence to financial controls.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 3 5 years experience in a supervisory or managerial role within grocery retail or FMCG.
- Proven track record of driving sales managing teams and achieving operational targets.
- Strong understanding of stock control merchandising and retail financials.
- Excellent leadership communication and problem solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high pressure fast paced environment.
- High level of integrity accountability and customer centricity.
Qualifications:
