Job Summary

We are on the market for a suitably qualified experienced results driven and commercially astute Store Manager to lead overall store operations within a fast paced grocery retail environment.

Salary and Benefits:

Responsibilities:

Oversee day to day store operations to ensure smooth efficient and customer focused service delivery.
Drive sales performance through effective merchandising promotional execution and customer engagement strategies.
Lead motivate and manage store staff including recruitment training performance management and scheduling.
Maintain strict cost control across labour shrinkage stock management and operational expenses.
Ensure consistently high standards of customer service store presentation hygiene and safety.
Monitor stock levels manage ordering processes and ensure accurate stock rotation and loss prevention practices.
Implement and enforce company policies procedures and compliance requirements including health and safety regulations.
Analyse sales reports identify trends and implement action plans to improve store performance.
Build strong relationships with customers suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Ensure effective cash management banking procedures and adherence to financial controls.

Key Skills:

Minimum 3 5 years experience in a supervisory or managerial role within grocery retail or FMCG.
Proven track record of driving sales managing teams and achieving operational targets.
Strong understanding of stock control merchandising and retail financials.
Excellent leadership communication and problem solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a high pressure fast paced environment.
High level of integrity accountability and customer centricity.

Qualifications:

A relevant qualification in Retail Management Business Administration or a related field is an added advantage.
