Responsibilities:
- Deliver a warm personalized guest experience from arrival to departure
- Act as the main point of contact for VIPs repeat guests and tour leaders
- Proactively handle guest feedback complaints and special requests
- Coordinate closely with Front Office Housekeeping Food &Beverage and Activities teams
- Monitor guest satisfaction online reviews and service recovery processes
- Train and support staff in guest service excellence and brand standards
Key Skills:
- Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a genuine passion for guest service
- Experience with PMS systems (Opera preferred)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 3 5 years experience in a luxury hotel or lodge guest relations/front office role
