Job Summary

The Graphic Designer and Digital Marketer will strategically use visual creativity to achieve core business goals like increasing brand awareness driving customer acquisition and generating revenue.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and produce high-quality brand-consistent packaging materials for our product lines.
  • Create compelling marketing collateral for both print and digital (e.g. brochures banners presentations email graphics).
  • Develop and maintain our visual brand identity across all touchpoints.
  • Design and conceptualize digital solutions including website graphics landing pages social media assets digital ads and email marketing templates.
  • Translate marketing objectives into clear engaging and user-friendly creative concepts.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns from concept to launch coordinating across channels.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence including content planning publishing community engagement and performance reporting.
  • Develop manage and schedule engaging content for all digital platforms.
  • Implement on-page SEO best practices into all digital content and web projects.
  • Assist in SEO development and maintenance including keyword research content optimization and basic performance tracking to improve organic visibility.
  • Analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social insights to inform future strategies.
Key Skills:
  • A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional graphic design skills including examples of packaging design and digital assets.
  • Proven experience (2 years) in a similar dual-role or in a design-heavy digital marketing position.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) is a must.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management content development and running marketing campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) principles and how they apply to content and web design.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A data-informed creative mindset; you appreciate beautiful design but also care about results and ROI.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelors degree in marketing or communications.
