Job Summary
for Management and overseeing the operational departments Production and Quality for Cold Forming Injection Moulding Assembly Sorting and Machining and CNC Wickman Davenport HELICOIL.
2. Responsible for overall warehouse management to ensure the well implementation of all activities e.g. receiving shortage delivering etc.
3. Responsible for equipment management including installation commissioning preventive maintenance breakdown maintenance continuous improvement. Maintain sustainable and profitable growth of production.
4. Measure and track production KPIs to increase efficiency and productivity with a goal of 3% annually.
5. Reviewing production forecasts and working in close collaboration with the related Departments from Sales and Sales Administration.
6. Fully responsible for P&L in Operations.
7. Fully in charge of HR in the Operations Departments according to the valid budget planning.
