Job Summary
Job Purpose
for Mechanical maintenance of all plant area. Eg: Packing plant cement mill & Jetty.
in Execution & monitoring of Revenue & Capex jobs.
co-ordinate & co-operate with other section engineers other departments
implement WCM Systems and Safety norms for excellence of the organization.
after preventive predictive breakdown & shutdown maintenance of Jetty Packing house Cement mill and subordinate equipment like bag filters Bucket elevators belt conveyors Screw conveyors and process fans.
and manpower planning for Preventive and Shutdown maintenance.
planning for Annual shutdown maintenance and one time jobs.
part planning Inventory management of the Section.
of revenue and Capital budgets for spares manpower AMC.
for Execution of Mechanical jobs with zero personal injury within budget with quality.
Job Context & Major Challenges
Job Context:
It is a Grinding Unit with 100 TPH Cement Mill of FLS design. 300 TPH Clinker Unloader Bulk cement unloader and 3 nos. Packers of 90 TPH with bulk loading station at cement silos.
Major Challenges :
To Execute the Capex job within given Time Period and Budget.

| KRA3 | Compliance w.r.t Safety | To Involve in incident investigations & compliances of reported near miss cases. Compliance of identified /reported unsafe condition / acts on the basis of safety observation/near miss reports. Adhere to all safety standard. Internal Trainer of Safety standards: Work at height HEMM & Jetty standard. Champion of W @H standard. Regularly monitoring standard KPI and conduct meetings every month. Secretary of IRIS safety subcommittee conduct meetings every month. Preparation & Apex presentation. Participation in safety procedure/system like near miss reporting CFSA SBO etc. |
