Job Position Summary | The Marketing Head will be responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy to strengthen brand visibility generate business leads and support organizational growth. The role involves managing marketing campaigns digital marketing initiatives brand positioning and market expansion activities.

Key responsibilities | • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals. • Identify new market opportunities target segments and growth areas. • Create marketing plans to promote company services and solutions. • Build and strengthen the company’s brand presence across digital and offline platforms. • Ensure consistency in branding messaging and communication across all channels. • Manage digital presence of company websites • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including SEO SEM social media email marketing and content marketing. • Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies for better results. • Drive lead generation initiatives to support sales teams. • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to convert marketing leads into business opportunities. • Conduct market research competitor analysis and customer insights to identify trends and opportunities. • Track marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports. • Lead and manage the marketing team providing guidance and mentorship. • Coordinate with internal teams such as sales product and operations. • Plan and manage marketing events webinars conferences and promotional activities. • Represent the company in industry events and networking platforms. • Manage Press Release (PR) and Press Conference |
Desired Qualification / certifications | Graduate in any discipline PMP etc. certification preferred though not essential Some level of expertise or knowhow of at least one language other than English & mother tongue is preferable |
Preferred relevant work experience | 8–15 years of experience in marketing preferably in IT services technology or localization industry.

Skills and knowledge | Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies. Proven experience in brand building and lead generation. Excellent communication presentation and leadership skills. Ability to analyze data and make strategic marketing decisions.
