My client a successful medium sized accounting and audit firm is looking to employ an Audit Manager to assist with technical work for their own portfolio of clients as well as managing the team. Close-knit committed team culture. The ideal candidate would be a client focused professional and ethical individual with strong technical abilities.

What you will be dong:

Review financial statements with precision to ensure regulatory accuracy and compliance
Calculate and submit tax returns for businesses trusts and individuals
Advise clients on complex tax matters and strategies to improve tax efficiency
Prepare financial statements aligned with relevant accounting standards
Manage a team of 15 staff and collaborate closely with the practice manager and business partner

What we are looking for:

CA(SA) qualification (minimum requirement)
At least 5 years postqualification experience within a small accounting practice
Excellent interpersonal and problemsolving skills
Strong client service orientationnonnegotiable
Clear and professional communication skills both written and verbal
High attention to detail ethical conduct and professionalism
Strong technical competence across accounting and audit functions
