Job Summary
Duties & Responsibilities
Facilitate induction technical compliance and soft skills trainingDeliver training using approved materials and ensure a professional engaging learning experienceProvide coaching guided practice and constructive feedback to learnersFacilitate formative and summative assessments according to SETA requirementsCompile and submit portfolios of evidence for moderationMaintain accurate and compliant assessment recordsConduct on-the-job assessments and skills observationsAssist with identifying employee training needs and skills gapsSupport employees with development plans and learning follow-upsRecord training attendance assessments and learner progressPrepare weekly and monthly training reportsSupport compliance with quality assurance standardsWork closely with managers to ensure effective on-the-job applicationCoordinate learning programs and support operational teamsProvide input to training improvements and new learning initiatives
