Exams Officers around the country are supported by our SupportAdvisers whohelp shape the experience of Exams officers and contribute to successful exam delivery. You willmanage the team of SupportAdvisers. Youwill lead the strategy that supports Exams Officers ensuring they have consistenthigh qualityexperiences that directlyimpactlearnersexperience. This is a job that truly makes a difference.
Key Responsibilities

Leading managingdevelopingand coaching a remote team to drivepositivecustomerengagement.
Ensuring your team work collaboratively and efficiently
Using insights and collaboration to enhance the Exams Officer experience.
Driving continuous improvement across AQA processes.
