Job Summary
Hi guys I am looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience doing this sort of role if that is you and you can work near Reading for at least two days every week then this could be for you. It needs someone with strong technical understanding a person who lives and breaths ITIL (at least V3) and is happy documenting it. Knowledge of Problem Management BCP/DR Reporting Availability Capacity Continual service improvement would be fab.
