The Operations Administrative Coordinator supports daily plant operations through a combination of administrative tasks inventory organization data entry and dispatch assistance. This role is critical to keeping operations running smoothly by ensuring accurate records organized inventory and complete driver documentation. The ideal candidate is dependable detail-oriented and motivated to learn new systems and processes. On-site training will be file and maintain paperwork and records (both digital and physical)
Accurately enter data into internal systems (training provided)
Assist with basic reporting and tracking using Excel
Learn and utilize IFS for inventory management and transaction-related tasks
Help maintain a clean organized and accurate parts room
Label organize and track inventory to improve accessibility and accuracy
Assist with cycle counts and inventory verification
Coordinate with maintenance and materials personnel to ensure parts are stocked appropriately
Support truck driver dispatch operations by:
Printing and distributing Bills of Lading (BOLs)
Ensuring paperwork is complete accurate and properly filed
Provide general administrative support to plant operations as required
Basic computer skills and comfort working with data entry
Willingness to learn new software systems (Excel experience required)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Dependable punctual and able to manage multiple tasks
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced plant environment
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Previous experience in manufacturing construction logistics or plant operations
Experience with inventory control or dispatch support

Required Skills:
Prior experience in office operations administrative support or a related field. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Proven ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
Required Education:
High school diploma or GED required relevant school experience
