Role Overview
The Outreach Specialist is responsible for community outreach and enrollment growth. Rather than traditional product sales the role focuses on building relationships with community partners and referral sources who connect eligible seniors with healthcare services.
This position emphasizes relationship-building community engagement and education rather than high-pressure sales tactics.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and conduct community outreach activities and events

Build and maintain relationships with community partners such as:

Generate qualified referrals and potential program enrollments

Educate referral partners about available healthcare services
-
Develop and implement monthly outreach and marketing plans
-
Track outreach efforts using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
Candidate Requirements
Experience
-
2 5 years of professional experience
-
Minimum 1 year in sales or marketing
-
Healthcare or senior care industry experience preferred
-
Outside sales or field marketing experience preferred
Education
Other Requirements
-
Must complete state-required marketing certification within 30 days of hire
-
Experience using CRM tools (such as Salesforce)
-
Willingness to travel locally for outreach and community engagement
