As a Growth Manager you will drive user acquisition and market expansion for a leading fintech scale-up. This generalist marketing role focuses on product messaging sales enablement and growth experimentation. What you will do:

Develop and refine product messaging to clearly communicate value to target customers across various channels.
Create high-impact sales enablement materials and marketing collateral to support the commercial teams success.
Execute growth experiments and multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and customer retention.

The ideal candidate:

1-4 years of experience in product marketing growth or generalist marketing roles within a tech environment.
Proven ability to craft compelling messaging and marketing materials that resonate with a professional audience.
Highly analytical and proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving startup environment.
