ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Build deep trusted relationships with executive leadership teams and develop a strong understanding of business goals challenges and priorities.
• Partner across HR centers of excellence (Talent Acquisition Compensation & Benefits Employee Relations I&D Org Effectiveness) as well as FP&A and P&L leaders to deliver integrated talent solutions.
• Identify organizational trends risks and opportunities; develop databacked recommendations in partnership with business and matrix HR leaders.
• Advise leadership on talent management organizational development compensation performance management and change management best practices.
• Prepare analyze and present HRrelated data to enable informed decisionmaking and support business growth.
• Use research benchmarking and workforce analytics to provide business insights and influence talent strategy.
• Play a key leadership role in organizational change initiatives reinforcing a culture of growth innovation and continuous improvement.
• Coach and support leaders in making effective talent decisions and driving accountability for results.
• Lead and manage multiple HR projects simultaneously ensuring alignment with business priorities and timely completion.

• Inclusion & Cultural Competence Promote belonging and navigate cultural nuances in a global environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree in Business HR Organizational Development Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field
• 8 years of HR experience
• Strong understanding of HR principles policies and practices
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated influence across senior stakeholders
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
• Proven ability to manage crossfunctional projects from planning to execution
