Job Description:

8-10 years of industry experience with a strong understanding of the legal domain especially within Legal Tech platforms.
4-5 years of experience in eBilling and Matter management. Experience in Salesforces implementation.
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and comprehend complex topics.
Previous experience in writing documentation and procedural materials for various audiences.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an acute attention to detail.
Experience collaborating with engineering teams to enhance user experience including design user interface (UI) improvement and refining content while creating visuals and diagrams for technical support material.
