Job Summary

Job Title: Sr Business System Analyst with Billing

Location: Alpharetta GA Omaha NE and Berkeley Heights NJ (Onsite)

Job Type: Contract

Tax Terms: C2C W2

Responsibilities:

Lead the planning execution and delivery of projects related to insurance claims systems tools and processes.
Lead business analysis activities related to transaction billing for credit debit and prepaid card products.
Analyze and document the end-to-end transaction lifecycle including authorization clearing settlement fee assessment and interchange application.
Configure and validate pricing models billing rules and fee structures within processing systems.
Perform billing validation reconciliation and revenue assurance analysis to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
Partner with Technology teams to support system design enhancements and defect resolution.
Collaborate with Finance and Product stakeholders to ensure billing accuracy profitability and compliance.
Support and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including test case creation execution and defect tracking.
Conduct data analysis to validate revenue calculations and resolve billing discrepancies.
Provide subject matter expertise in transaction billing and fee application processes

Skills:

Strong experience in transaction billing across credit debit and/or prepaid products
Deep understanding of the end-to-end transaction lifecycle and fee/interchange application
Hands-on with pricing setup billing validation and reconciliation
Ability to translate business needs into system requirements and support UAT
Experience working with Finance Product and Technology teams in a processing environment
Strong data analysis skills for revenue validation and discrepancy resolution
