Position Overview:
  • We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our temporary HR Operations Ask HR team.
  • This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and support to employees.
  • The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely responses to HR inquiries while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR-related questions providing clear and accurate information via our internal ticketing system.
  • Research and resolve employee inquiries escalating complex issues to the appropriate HR specialists as needed.
  • Support HR team members with administrative tasks including data entry document review and process tracking.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities to improve service delivery and streamline HR processes.
  • Ensure all work is completed with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in HR operations customer service or a related administrative role is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency with HR systems Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
