Job Description
The Technical Business Analyst will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Salesforce Lightning Experience and Marketing Cloud. The role involves troubleshooting Salesforce issues supporting users managing UAT and enabling business teams to effectively utilize Salesforce and Marketing Cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced Salesforce user support and troubleshooting
Develop reports and dashboards using cross-filters and custom report types
Build and optimize Marketing Cloud features such as Cloud Pages
Collaborate with Marketing Advising and Digital Communications teams
Ensure data quality and consistency across Salesforce and Marketing Cloud
Manage UAT processes and support user adoption
Document processes enhancements and system improvements
Required Qualifications
Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
Salesforce Certified Administrator
Experience working with Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud
Strong experience in data analysis reporting and dashboards
Experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder communication
Strong documentation and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Platform App Builder certification
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification
Experience with process modeling wireframing and documentation tools
